While we encourage you to mind your business and pay attention to your purchase, please be advised that all sales can be returned and or exchanged.
Damages and Issues
Once order is received, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if merchandise is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will act assiduously to evaluate and effectively address the issue/ concern. We must be contacted via email myf.business021@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for refund. To be eligible for a return due to damage or incorrect item received, item MUST be in the same condition as received; unused or unworn, tags remain in tacked (if applicable) and in original packaging.
Merchant will be notified once we’ve received and inspect merchandise returned and inform merchant accordingly if refund was approved or denied. If approved, merchant will be fully refunded of payment to original payment method. Please note that it might take 3-7 business days for the amount to be processed and post in one’s account.
